Gymnastic Skills 1
Beginner
Age 5-13
This class is catered for beginners where the children will learn gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels and other tumbling skills as well as work on the bars and rings to swing and develop body awareness upside down.
Gymnastics skills is great for building up general strength as well as balance, coordination and overall confidence.
Gymnastic Skills 3
Advanced (invite only)
Age 6-13
In this class children will have to meet the prerequisite requirements to be invited to participate.
It is expected that children in this class are competent in intermediate gymnastics skills in order to keep up with the advanced skills we will be doing in this class.
In this class children will learn advanced gymnastics skills such as, forward and backwards handsprings as well as summersaults (salto's) and other tumbling tricks.
We also work on the bars, rings and do group acrobatics.
Gymnastic Skills 2
Intermediate
Age 5-13
This class is for children that have mastered the basic gymnastics skills and are ready to expand their skills.
Expanding strength and coordination in skill combinations and learning skills such as walkovers.
we will also begin group acrobatic skills in this class.
Minis Ninja & gymnastics
Age 3-5
This class is catered for beginners where the children will learn gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels and other tumbling skills as well as work on the bars and rings to swing and develop body awareness upside down.
Gymnastics skills is great for building up general strength as well as balance, coordination and overall confidence.
Ninja
Age 5-13
These classes are for all the mini Ninja Warriors out there.
Running, jumping, climbing and swinging through obstacle courses, what could be more fun!
They'll be having the time of their life while building up their grip strength, body awareness, coordination and overall strength and confidence.
They'll learn all the techniques used by real Ninja Warriors such as building up swing, lache's, precision landings etc.
With different courses every week they're constantly challenged with new and exciting things to do.
Acro/Performance (advanced)
Age 7-13
This class consists of handstands, tumbling and group acrobatics skills from sports acrobatics, circus adagio, cheerleading, acro yoga and other disciplines.
We will work together to create group routines with the goal of performing.
Some prerequisites are required for this class. Please contact us to discuss eligibility.
Functional Conditioning
Fitness
Age 7+
This class is open to anyone and everyone that wants to improve their overall strength and fitness.
We will be doing gymnastics and calisthenics style conditioning to build the foundations needed for all of the movements done in our other classes.
You wont see any gym machines in this class because you are the machine!
Adults Classes
Calisthenics skills & conditioning
All abilities welcome
Age 14+
This class is for all of those wanting to master calisthenics movements.
Levers, Handstand pushups, planches, human flags and more, this is the class you want to discover your true potential.
Although these are advanced skills this class will cater for everyone as we will provide regressed movements for beginners and more advanced progressions for those with more experience.
Strength and Conditioning
All abilities welcome
Age 14+
This is a general strength and conditioning class with attention to detail with technique designed to help understanding how to engage certain muscles and gain strength and body control/awareness to assist with skills in our other classes as well as aerials and other activities.
Handstands
All abilities welcome
Age 14+
This class is where we get upside down!
Handstands are not easy but we guarantee you’ll be hooked after your first lesson. There is so much technique when it comes to handstands and we are here to teach you all of the secrets to that perfect line and then all of the wonderful shapes and transitions that follow.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are great for those wanting a personalised session to work on their goals. Whether it be something in class that you’re struggling with or something new you’d like to try for the first time or even just general fitness private lessons will enable you to have the coach’s attention on you for entirety of the session.
Open Training
These sessions are not coached. A coach will be present to supervise but no direction is given.
Open training is a social session to work on any skills you’d like to practice with our studio community. It is your responsibility to warm up and stretch before training and to only do things that are within your capabilities.
